Trask Pet Services and Products LLC
Pet & Livestock Care in Santa Fe New Mexico
Now serving Albuquerque areas too!
Welcome to the family! We are the founding members Laura, Annie and Caroline.
If you are looking for a pet-loving group, here we are! This pet sitting business started as natural progression from many generations of animal lovers, it is in our blood and heritage. Laura's grandfather spent his teen years playing with wild horses outside of Bernalillo in the 40's, and her grandmother having a huge soft spot for pets. Laura's mother always loved all animals and let Laura have many types of pets and her father has professionally trained, showed and judged hunting Labrador Retrievers.
From baby chicks to rescued horses (and pretty much everything in between) there isn't much we haven't seen, owned or taken care of. We have volunteered, fostered and rescued for numerous organizations across the state, often taking in special needs animals.
Our horse knowledge comes from years of natural progression of owning, riding, training, Pony Club, riding organizations, trainers, showing, hauling, working for professional stables and outfitters. Laura is currently a member of the Santa Fe Sherriff's Posse and participates in events and search and rescue endeavors in the back country.
We began our pet sitting endeavors in Los Alamos in 2010 and eventually created a home base in Santa Fe. We have continued to grow and now offer services around the state.
We know how hard it is to find someone (and often more than one person) to take care of things if we ever want to travel! We also wanted to be recognized as being reputable so we are licensed, bonded and insured. We have a business license and a pet care business license with the County of Santa Fe and insurance that covers your pets and house while in our care. We try our best to accommodate your specific needs and it often requires more than one of us, odd hours, special requests and most of which we don't charge extra for as we understand that things happen with animals. And most of all we understand and want to help out our fellow furry friends and their families!
